Movement and Mindset Coach

Suncharged Warrior

None

09/07/24

After surviving a near-death experience in a mass shooting, Caytie began to re-examine her outlook on life, healing, self-love, and spirituality. On her healing journey, she discovered the positive impact that intentional movement and prioritizing sunlight could have on her mindset and inner empowerment. Over time, she worked on releasing her limiting beliefs about herself, such as insecurities around her body, low self-esteem in her relationships, her entrepreneurial goals, and a lack mindset. Through this inner work and building awareness, she realized her passion for helping others heal themselves—body, mind, and spirit—and has been developing herself as a movement and mindset coach to share her message.
Caytie desires to help others combine movement, grounding, a healthy circadian lifestyle, and a daily self-love practice to raise vibrations and achieve vitality. She believes in tuning into our hearts to embody love and consciously choosing who we want to be daily, rather than merely existing as who we've always been so that we can live purposefully and find our inner joy and peace.

Topics

The stress of not living our purpose and what happens when we step into authenticity instead. I believe a big source of our stress and anxiety (and maybe burnout) comes from all the time and energy we lose when we don't follow our dreams and have a mindset that believes we aren't capable of even achieving them. But through mindfulness and deep self-love, we can begin to release disempowering beliefs, start embodying who we really are, and find ways to pursue our purpose with passion and conviction. And the old fears and anxieties melt away!
