As part of complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I am notifying you of how I process and save your data.
I (Jon Binnie, of Heart Centred Wellness Ltd) have a legitimate interest in this data. In order for me to decide whether we can proceed with the treatment/training and conduct an effective treatment(s)/training sessions, I need to ask you specific questions prior to and during your treatment sessions and training. Your information will only be used as necessary, as part of your treatment session and training.
Unless you have given me your permission to make your personal information public (for example a public YouTube video of your session), the information that you provide may be viewed by myself and a governing body. If you have made a booking through my website, for a service located at the Naked.Revive Ltd (SC814271) Wellness Centre in Haddington, East Lothian Scotland, then I will share your contact details with them in case there is a need to contact you regarding your booking. I will also share your data only if required to do so by law. It will not be shared to anyone else. If I do need to share your data with the aforementioned parties, I will not need to seek your further consent.
If your data is stored on paper, it will be stored securely in a locked filing cabinet. It may also be stored on a password protected electronic device.
You can request to view the data that I hold on you at any time. If you would like to view the data that I hold on you, the request must be given either by sending me an email or by sending a letter to me by recorded delivery. I will send your data to you within 28 days of receiving the request.
I may contact you to discuss the progress of your treatment sessions and training to schedule appointments.
In line with the lawful basis above, your data can be stored for up to eight years. This is a requirement by the CNHC. I will store your data and comply with this CNHC requirement.
It is of my vital interest that your data is held securely. The data will be kept secure and safeguarded as far as reasonably possible.
Your Rights
GDPR gives you the following rights:
• The right to be informed: To know how your information will be held and used (this notice).
• The right of access: To see your therapist’s records of your personal information, so you know what is held about you and can verify it.
• The right to rectification: To tell your therapist to make changes to your personal information if it is incorrect or incomplete.
• The right to erasure (also called “the right to be forgotten”): For you to request your therapist to erase any information they hold about you
• The right to restrict processing of personal data: You have the right to request limits on how your therapist uses your personal information
• The right to data portability: under certain circumstances you can request a copy of personal information held electronically so you can reuse it in other systems.
• The right to object: To be able to tell your therapist you don’t want them to use certain parts of your information, or only to use it for certain purposes.
• Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office: To be able to complain to the ICO if you feel your details are not correct, if they are not being used in a way that you have given permission for, or if they are being stored when they don’t have to be. By joining this website/app, signing up for any free services or purchasing any items, you are signing up to be a Site Member and agree to the Rules for Behaviour as detailed below.

Everyone has a different point of view. We are free to respectfully disagree with each other.

Some discussions may be sensitive or contain sensitive information, so what’s said in the membership groups or other communications should stay in the membership group or communications.

No harassment of any kind
Bullying, targeting, rudeness, impoliteness, attacking, negative behaviour of any kind or anything that does not serve the highest good of others is not tolerated.

Please only share content created by you
Please only share content from social media, the internet and other sources which is created by you. You are welcome to share your own offerings, but please consider whether it's appropriate to your audience and supports their highest good.

Be mindful if you contact Site Members
Please be mindful, respectful and considerate when contacting other members. We recommend you ask the other member first if it's OK to message them, and state your clear intention whilst gaining their consent before continuing.
Repeated contact to any site member, including Jon Binnie, for which you have not gained prior written consent from the individual will not be tolerated.

Please do not use drugs including alcohol during our sessions
Please do not use drugs (legal or otherwise) or alcohol of any kind when using any of our services, this includes during our 1:1 or Group sessions and events. This is to help protect the energy of, and support the safety of everyone involved. In this helps protect those of us who perform readings, healings and clearings etc for others. We fully respect everyone's free will choice to consume whatever they wish outside of our sessions, events and range of services.

We fully respect the free will of every living thing, regardless of it's frequency, dimension or any other characteristic.

We NEVER return or send a being (energies/entities/beings) to Source against it's free will. We always ask beings to choose whether it will return to Source, or never return here again.

We understand that super power of the darkness is to create the illusion of duality and separation. We understand that light is more powerful than darkness, and that we cannot have one without the other in a harmonious universe.

We practise no judgement, even when the things a being has done seem beyond our capability of darkness.

We are all one in Unity, every living thing, and everything is living - including the seemingly lifeless (rocks, planets, asteroids, homes, human-made objects and more).
