Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No Shows: To maintain consistent and high-quality care for all of my Clients, appointment changes (rescheduling or cancellation) must be made at least 36 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason less than 36 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for the full appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide 36 hours prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. You can book sessions up to 365 days in advance. We reserve the right to make exceptions in the event of emergencies at my discretion. By booking this service you agree to these terms. Minimum Age: All of our services are for people aged 18 and over, with no exceptions. If you have booked a service and are not 18 years old then you must cancel your service. By booking this service you; Accept that neither the practitioner, nor Heart Centred Wellness Ltd are liable for any injury, or damages to person or property, resulting from this service. You accept that this service is offered to the best of the abilities of our practitioner and to the highest standards, however there are no guarantees of outcomes made in any service.
