Higherself Foundational Training

"I have just completed the Higher-self Foundational course and found it perfect for me in many ways. Jon is an amazing joyful human being and someone that I felt would be right for how I wanted to approach my journey - guiding and sharing with humour, compassion and love.

Firstly this course helped to lay down the foundations of good practice for meditation, spiritual protection and understanding of just how beautiful this evolutionary journey can be if fully embraced. Secondly it was comforting to be part of a group who were all on the same journey, some at different stages but as we all had generally a common goal the warmth and the love of the group was supportive and I never felt inferior at any point. Finally as we moved out of the base foundational exercises we were able to experience shadow work, meeting guides, past life selfs and touch on higher frequency gifts. I learnt from this experience that we all have different ways to connect,.some see, some feel, some hear, some have all of those gifts but there is no right or wrong combination - what is good for me is right for me.

Not all of what we did was successful for me immediately but what I feel is most important and valuable is that I have a framework to develop and raise my frequency so that everything I do and work toward are bound together by the power of heartfelt love.
