Jon's Journey - Balancing Dark & Light

Multidimensional Awareness at Birth, Quickly Shutdown

Born in 1976, Jon was aware of other dimensions including an "imaginary friend" called Buckle who was a Dolphin being who spent the first few years supporting Jon, much to the amusement of his family. Up until the age of 6, Jon remembers seeing shadow beings and other entities that scared him. At that time Jon shutdown his multidimensional awareness. Whilst there were some interesting metaphysical experiences as a teenager, Jon remained shutdown until the age of 40.

Following the Western Cultural Program & First Awakenings

Jon pursued the Western cultural program and career (see LinkedIn) of ever increasing multi-six-figure salaries, job titles (CTO), house sizes supported by his beautifully supportive Wife and two children. In November 2017, Jon experienced his awakening at a friends meditation and yoga session, really the first time Jon had meditated. Jon witnessed the birth of planets, stars, nebulas and the flow of energy between these galactic bodies. Jon fell in love with meditation, and has meditated every day since.

Jon's Awakening & Raising Vibes of Billions of Hearts

In the first few weeks of daily meditation, Jon began asking to talk to his Spirit Guides. Jon accepted a mission to help raise the vibes of billions of hearts. His Earth Elemental guide Maia stepped forwards and began giving Jon daily channeled messages. Jon creates songs each day from these daily channeled messages, and after the first 900 days he finally accepted that he could channel higher dimensional beings. Through literally thousands of songs over 150 albums (and a World Record in 2022 for the most albums digitally released), Jon's music continues to be a great passion and creative outlet to help raise the vibes of billions. Mission Expansion into the Quantum & Psychic Fields

In 2020, Jon accepted a mission from Gaia to step into clearing negative energy and entities from people. He began learning this "on the job" starting with Zoom sessions to people around the World which has grown to hundreds of sessions and an ever increasing broad range of metaphysical and physical services. The years of lockdown helped accelerate Jon's focus on developing his skills, both developing inwards and outwards through helping hundreds of Clients around the World.

Expanding into Physical In Person Services

To help Jon get out of his comfort zone of remote Zoom sessions and to connect more with people, Jon qualified as a Mindfulness Now Teacher in 2023, and in 2024 completed his Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Reflexologist training course work (Reflexology Distinction & Physiology Merit). In June, Jon completed a Clinical Reflexology placement at the St Columba’s Hospice and now provides sessions and runs events in a new Wellbeing centre called Naked Revive in Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland. Jon's Leap of Faith

On May 30th 2024, Jon left his highly successful 26 year career in Software & AI including roles as CTO in advanced technology companies and latterly 8 years as a Senior Leader at Amazon developing world leading Responsible AI for recruitment.

​In May 2024, Jon founded his own business, Heart Centred Wellness Ltd on his mission to balance dark and light across the world to support hundreds, thousands, millions then billions of people on their awakening journeys.

Unique Innovations in Quantum, Psychic & Physical Services

Inspired by his Clients requests, and his Spirit Guides, Jon created a blended service of Clinical Reflexology, Psychic Readings and Quantum Energy Healing called Psychic Reflexology. This enables Jon to provide a holistic service across multiple dimensions and perspectives to help clear, heal and activate all dimensions of Clients.

Teaching & Empowering Others How To Become Their Higherselves

​Since Jan 2024, Jon created his Higherself Training suite to teach people around the world including Reiki Healers, Psychics, Tarot Readers, Life Coaches, people wishing to deepen their practices.

• Jon has created the Higherself Foundational Training to build strong and empowered foundations of personal practices, Quantum Energy Healing/Clearing/Protection, connecting people with their Spirit Guides, Astral Travel, Light Language, Planetary Grid work and more!

• In August 2024 Jon launched his Higherself Intermediate Training teaching and empowering students to practise Light Language across multiple galactic beings/races, Quantum Energy Healing, Psychic Readings, Negative Entity Clearings, Soul Fragment Retrieval from Hell, working with the Planetary Grid, Sacred Sites around the world, self love/self care first conscious business mentorship & more!

• Jon has also announced his Higherself Advanced Training in 2025, which is a new training course channeled through Jon's Spirit Guides, Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Metatron, and Ascended Masters from around the Universe to truly transform students lives.

Jon co-hosts his Mindful Leadership Podcast with guests from around the world, with a focus on reducing stress, anxiety and burnout together with helping seed the revolution in health through holistic approaches.

What was Jon Binnie's role at Amazon?

I loved building products people love to use, in particular in responsible and fair artificial intelligence recruitment systems, online websites, banking systems, mobile apps, machine learning, augmented and virtual reality experiences. Equally I loved building teams, motivating, mentoring and supporting people to exceed their perceived potential.

Mindfulness Meditation Teacher at Amazon (Volunteer role)

Primarily in my lunch breaks and spare time, from October 2023 to April 2024, I volunteered as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, running weekly meditations for colleagues around Edinburgh, UK and Europe. I also ran a Mindfulness Month for the 50+ Compassionate Care team members globally, with daily bespoke meditations, workshops, engagement rewards and measuring reductions in stress, anxiety and burnout. I also ran a global meditation for the company as part of a Mindfulness program.

Senior Software Development Manager (Level 7) based in the Amazon Development Center Scotland

I joined Amazon in 2016 working full time and grew a team of four software development engineers delivering traditional software applications for recruitment to the Artificial Intelligence Recruitment (AIR) org of over 36 people leading applied science in Amazon HR globally. Our AIR teams used leading-edge Machine Learning/Artificial/GenAI/Large Language Model science-based technologies to evaluate applications, match candidates to jobs and detect duplicate applicant profiles of the 10s of millions of applications per year to Amazon jobs globally. Our teams consisted of Software Development Managers, Applied Scientists, and Software Development Engineers delivering Machine Learning/Artificial/GenAI/Large Language Model recruitment systems to scale Amazon.

In addition to my key responsibilities I also ran projects/working groups and events to increase employee engagement in Edinburgh for over 500 colleagues, career mentoring and career development. 

Key Responsibilities at Amazon

• Since April 2023 I was leading the Recruitment System technical strategy and delivery globally for Amazon with GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) software development.

• Ownership and creation of Three Year Plans, Operation Plans/Headcount funding, Annual Goals Product Roadmaps, Projects and Experiments.

• Technical Program Management of large scale software projects, for millions of applicants to Amazon jobs globally.

• Lean/Scrum/Agile backlog prioritization, epic and user story creation, planning, estimation, delivery, show and tells, and retrospectives.

• Technical architecture ownership of Serverless, Microservices, ML technologies and integrations with multiple People systems utilizing React/Redux, Coral, Java, Python and DynamoDB.

• Authoring and presenting papers to the board of Amazon to present the customer impact, return on investment and future strategies.

• Creating and presenting monthly business reports to Vice President and Directors.

• Product Management ownership including epic and user story prioritization, project intake, customer contact responses and liaising with teams across Amazon organizations.

• Travel to Amazon HQ in Seattle, USA and Vancouver Canada every circa 3 months to present to the board members and senior leadership.

Key achievements at Amazon

• Created and launched the first fair Machine Learning Production system in Amazon Recruitment in 2018 called Automated Applicant Evaluation (AAE). This product fairly evaluated applicants to jobs at Amazon and fast-tracked them to the next stage in the recruitment process. 

• Before this product launched we ensured it was fair for gender/race by forming a Panel of Legal, Compliance, Assessments, Diversity & Equity, PR and Early Adopters. This product is likely a world first in recruitment evaluations, which can fairly evaluate and act on applicants whilst scientifically evidencing that it can predict the performance in role for each applicant several years after they join the company.

• I was a co-founder and key member of the Amazon Responsible AI Panel which reviews all new products on a monthly basis to ensure they are fair and compliant prior to launch.

• I co-authored a framework of Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy, guidelines and resources documents to which are being rolled out across Amazon development team to ensure their products are fair and continually raise the bar on responsible AI.

• Built and launched globally a machine learning system to automatically detect applicant profiles (from over 10s of millions applications to Amazon jobs) 

• Built and launched job recommendations on Amazon.jobs, and job matching at offer/team placement for Amazon globally.

• Built the Artificial Intelligence Recruitment (AIR) development teams from four people to over 36 people.
