This is a Mindfulness Meditation Challenge is ideal for reducing stress, anxiety, pain relief and lowering blood pressure. Our guided meditations leave you feeling relaxed, calm and loved. This is ideal for beginners or those wishing to deep their practice. You set your meditation goals at the start. You are then presented with one 10 minute (approximately) meditation each day to create and develop your own meditation practice. Throughout the challenge you can provide feedback on your meditation experiences. At the end you can reflect on whether you have achieved your goals, and whether you wish to continue for another challenge.
