Service Description
You can request to book a 15 to 30 minute chat with Jon Binnie. This is typically for existing Highest Self Members or participants on Jon's training courses, or a quick follow up from a 1:1 session. The way this works is, you can request to book me in for a chat at a time that works for you. When you book, you state the intentions for the chat - what you would like to get out of it. Jon then gets a notification of your request and approves, modifies the date/time or rejects it. Note not all requests can be approved and are dependant on a range of factors including Jon's availability, and your intentions for your chat.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain consistent and high-quality care for all of my Clients, appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel for any reason less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for the full appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide sufficient notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to make exceptions in the event of emergencies at my discretion.
